The PiP Framework recognises all learning both formal and informal, offers flexibility and autonomy and places practitioners in charge of their continuous professional development. It includes guidance on the Mandatory Two Requirements, the different routes to PiP achievement and Awards including the Individual Assessment Route (IAR).
