PiPMental Health Awareness in the Workplace for Managers
Description
This resource was developed to support social care managers to recognise mental ill health and staff who maybe experiencing stress and poor mental health. The aim of the resource is to help managers create a workplace that promotes mental wellbeing. This resource is relevant for all managers.
Background and Credits
This resource has been developed by the Social Care Council in partnership with the Cedar Training, Praxis, Inspire Wellbeing, Mindwise, the Requlation and Quality Improvement Authority (RQIA), the Public Health Agency (PHA), the Health and Social Care Board, the BHSCT, the NHSCT and Homecare Independent Living.
The Social Care Council would like to acknowledge and thank Julie Hill, Cedar Training for her support in developing the content for this resource.
