Background and Credits

Take time to work through the content and learn about a career in social care. You will hear from social care practitoiners and managers talking about why they choose social care along with service users who are being supported by social care practitioners.

The Social Care Council worked with Northern Ireland employers and people who use social care services to co-design and develop this resource. It has been funded by the Department of Health (DoH).

It was first launched at the Social Care Managers Forum in November 2019.
