Description
This resource is relevant for all social care workers across all settings and services. It aims to support workers to make good decisions based on standards and values and provides six challenging scenarios to demonstrate how your decisions might affect the outcomes for the people you support.

This learning resource has been developed in partnership with the Social Care Council Fitness to Practice team, social care employers; Bluebird Care, Mindwise, BHSCT and North West Care and the Patient Client Council/Participation Partnership.
