Strengthening Social Work Leadership at All Levels – Leading Practice

Strengthening Social Work Leadership at All Levels is an online leadership programme for social workers at all levels. The programme has been developed in collaboration between:

  • South Eastern Health & Social Care Trust – Social Work and Social Care Learning and Improvement Team
  • Department of Health Northern Ireland
  • Social Care Institute for Excellence

The aim of the programme is to increase knowledge of leadership styles, strengthening leadership skills and capacity in demonstrating leadership within the social work profession and across organisational and professional boundaries. The sections of the programme can be completed in participants order of choice.

Please note: These modules were developed for HSCLearn which normally allows the learning to be tracked to allow social workers outside of the statutory sector access. Unfortunately, the tracking function (LRS) is not available from the NISCC Learning Zone platform but you can still access the content and avail of the learning.
