Training for Home Care Workforce Presentations
Description
This resource provides access to presentations delivered in 2019 on topics such as: medication management, fraility, nutrition, pressure ulcers, falls prevention, person-centred care, reablement, recording and dysphagia for social care workers working in home care/supported living services.
Background and Credits
The presentations were delivered by the Social Care Council and partners as part of the Transformation (Confidence and Supply) Fund to deliver enhanced training to Home care Workers, Home care Worker Supervisors and Home care Managers during 2018-2019.
