Approved Programme Route

The PiP Framework offers access to a wide range of taught Approved Programmes which provide formal learning and development in a specific area of practice.

The PiP Approved Programme route enables candidates to access formal structured learning in the format of taught programmes.

Most of the programmes are provided by academic insitutitions in collaboration with agency partners. This means that candidates can achieve both NISCC Professional Awards and academic awards.

The programmes cover a range of practice settings and contexts.

More information on programmes is available from agency representatives in organisations and all potential candidates must be NISCC registered Social Workers and must be enrolled on the relevant PiP Award on the NISCC Portal.
